History

Sabadell Tango is a nonprofit association that started out its activities in 1997 to promote the teaching and the practice of Tango.

Our association is located at the emblematic HOTEL URPI where tango classes, given in two levels by well-known teachers, take place. We weekly hold a permanent Milonga for members, supporters and friends.

 We have a great number of active members and the support and participation of professional tango dancers and friends who join our events and celebrations regularly.

Since the beginning of our activity, 25 years ago, we have had an active participation in Sabadell's Annual Celebration and have organized many milongas and tango shows in different locations and open spaces near our city.

We often collaborate with Civic Centers and aged people Residences in order  to offer them amusement , fun and a taste of this beatiful dance.

Sabadell Tango participates in national, internacional and regional tango meetings  aiming to  the promotion of Argentine Tango.
